Up above it/Down in it

This repurposed structure in Third Ward Houston, TX initially studies the growth process of a Rice plant and implements representation of different growth periods within the circulation of the space to make it operate. Featuring a contradicting program, including a doctors office in the basement with a night club on the top floor; brought together by a ballroom in the center.
